Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely place the unused beauty products in their original boxes to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and firmly attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund is processed.
